Can I book only one night?
On the weekends in high season our rooms are only for
2 nights bookable. (from March 29 to November 3)
When can I check in?
Check in is possible from 15:00.
You will receive an access code with your booking confirmation, so you can check in independently.
Please always have your 4-digit access code ready as an input key (please do not forget the # Rough key)
You have received this with your booking confirmation and further communication by email. Not to be confused with the 4-digit pin code of booking.com.
Can I check in at 13:00?
If the occupancy permits, we can promise you an early check in upon agreement. Normal check-in from 15:00.
I would like to check out later?
If you want to use your room for longer than 11.00, please contact us.
If the occupancy permits, a late check out is possible until 13.00 for a surcharge of € 25.
Is there a parking space for my car?
Parking spaces for the LOUNGERS; SCHAFT are located in the Rheinweg, at the end of our vineyard or in the Graugasse.

The SCHUMACHEREI has parking in the courtyard behind the building.

I would like to order a table in Cornel's?
Please make a reservation directly with CORNEL'S on 06723 80 49 993.
Can I bring my dog?
According to the arrangement. Your dog should be well behaved, alone in the room to stay quiet and be able to behave quietly on the entire site. If your dog jumps on a bed or chair or even sleeps in bed, the bed linen is charged with 200 €.
On our site he may only be led on a leash. The legacies must be disposed of by the dog owner in a bag.
Is bedding available?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided in our guesthouses
How can I pay?
If you provide your credit card details when booking, your card will be charged on the day of arrival.
If not, other payment options will be offered when the invoice is sent. By credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.
Payment on the spot is also possible.

Is there a daily room cleaning?
For reasons of sustainability, our rooms are cleaned once a week for longer stays.
If you want a towel change, or a cleaning of your room, please let us know so that we can arrange it.
