Our 2020 harvest

​

We waited for the last moment to harvest our olives, the moment when they were just fully ripe.

This is the time when the levels of polyphenols and omega-9 (a very potent  heart protection factor) is highest.

​

the quality of olive oil,  if it's through the  first  cold-pressed as extra-virgin oil,  is exceptional this year because it didn't rain in September and October.
